Return Policy

We offer a very generous return policy.  In the unlikely event after the 1-year trial period, you are not satisfied with SPOTBOMB, the following return policy applies.

We will gladly accept returns, for purchases of SPOTBOMB, as specified below, in the original package with all of the materials included. Any additional accessories that were not part of the basic system, such instructional DVD’s or cleaning related items, must be returned to receive a refund on those items.  If the item is damaged from abuse, a return can be denied.

Your trial period begins the day you receive SPOTBOMB. If you are not completely satisfied with SPOTBOMB after using it, contact Customer Care at customercare@spotbomb.com or call 1-612-214-0379 at the end of 30-day money back period.

Packages returned not following this procedure may be not qualify for a refund.  We have a very generous trial policy and ask that you follow the Return Policy in good faith.
